Kelsey helped me and my flatmate find our place and made the whole process pretty painless. We viewed 5+ units and she was patient throughout, always making sure we actually figured out what we wanted before moving forward.What stood out was she'd just tell us straight when she felt a landlord wasn't going to go with us, which saved a lot of time. 6/5 Kelsey should be your realtor!As a newcomer from India trying to find an apartment for rent in Toronto, my experience with Kelsey was way beyond my expectations. Kelsey is very knowledgeable and passionate about real estate and a hard-working professional.Generous — to start with Kelsey was always very happy with educating me on how things work differently here and answered all of my questions. She always made sure to suggest places as per my requirements and also book visits as per timings that didn’t clash with my work hours and was kind enough to pick me up and drop me off whenever possible.Attention to detail — during visits to these places Kelsey was always able to identify pros/cons of the place that one wouldn’t think of or pay attention to. This includes tiny things like shower pressure to big ones like a new high-rise likely to block the whole view in the coming year, commute availability and stores nearby.Going the extra mile — for a newcomer, lack of credit score and other documents required by the landlord could pose a problem in Canada, but Kelsey always put in extra effort to ensure that the leasing party can understand the situation and also helped me resolve and suggest ways to help fix issues that were there on my end. She was very helpful and patient(correcting all the mistakes made by me) when it came to assisting me in filling out the final set of documents before the hand-off.Thank you Kelsey for making this a seamless experience!
