I needed a realtor to help me find great tenants and rent out my house in mid-town Toronto. I hear many realtors don't love doing rentals. Done right, it can be a lot of work for a much smaller commission. Kelsey was amazing. She provided support way above what I expected, which I truly appreciated. She thought of things I would not have thought of (and things I should have thought of when I was doing it myself). She did the time consuming work. I try to keep things simple. If Kelsey does that for a rental, I know who I'm calling when it comes time to sell the house.

Kelsey helped us find our first rental home in Toronto. She had our best interest in mind throughout the process and was always available to answer our questions. She helped us navigate the showings, rental application process, and final move in. We are very happy with our experience with Kelsey and would definitely recommend working with her!

What can I say? Kelsey is a true gem amongst the realtors in the city of Toronto:- She took the time to show me all these different places, after my work hours too! (5pm)- She is quite knowledgeable of the buildings I have chosen. We even went to multiple viewing in multiple buildings in one night!- Her tech-savvyness compared to the dinosaurs in this business is A++. I got to sign things, digitally- Everything was done rather quickly; Constant communication. Top Notch Work Ethic!- I felt like I was an actual client and made it all about me. Previous realtors I've dealt with would either ghost me after ONE viewing. I never once felt like I was wasting her time unlike some other realtors-Overall, I felt like she had my best interest at heart.If I ever need to find another condo. Better Call Kelsey.

Kelsey was my go to person when I decided to buy my first home! She was so well prepared from our first meeting all the way to after purchase care. The best part about her is that her priority has been always to make sure my needs are met. I've met a lot of realtors who only want to think about the sales.
