I happened upon this business when I had just moved to Canada from the US. Moving to a new country is daunting enough and becomes especially jarring when you are meant to find a new home within a very short timeframe -- without much knowledge of the Toronto area or the real-estate scene in this place. Kelsey Schram made sure to pay close attention all my concerns and was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional while helping me find my new home. I am especially impressed with how meticulous she is and focuses on the details-- right from dealing with the time constraint to working on finding the perfect place pertaining to my preferences, all the way to being a great liaison between the listing side and the buying side. She was very gracious with her time and made sure to educate me on key aspects of getting a home in Toronto while also sharing her past experiences and giving real examples of deals she had worked on in the past. She even made sure to jump in and make sure the documentation was legally sound and accurate even though it transcended her job. All in all, doing business with Kelsey was a breeze and I would highly recommend hiring her for any real-estate-related business. She is a one-stop shop for all business dealings and will go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience.

Kelsey is truly the most caring & considerate realtor I've ever met. & worked with. I find moving extremely stressful, but Kelsey guided me to my perfect apartment with patience, care, constant communication, and support any time I needed it. She knows a ton about the market and she truly goes above and beyond to do the best for her client & tries to make your application as strong as possible. Aside from all of that, she is a great human being overall & I feel very lucky to have met and worked with her. I would highly recommend working with Kelsey, and I know that you'll have found what you're looking for by the end :)

I needed a realtor to help me find great tenants and rent out my house in mid-town Toronto. I hear many realtors don't love doing rentals. Done right, it can be a lot of work for a much smaller commission. Kelsey was amazing. She provided support way above what I expected, which I truly appreciated. She thought of things I would not have thought of (and things I should have thought of when I was doing it myself). She did the time consuming work. I try to keep things simple. If Kelsey does that for a rental, I know who I'm calling when it comes time to sell the house.

We were really lucky to have found Kelsey in our search for a house in GTA. Kelsey is a very professional, extremely friendly agent who makes sure that you find the property that you are after no matter how many tries it takes. In an extremely competitive real estate market here, she was always extremely fast in making showing appointments and thorough in reaching out to the owners to get a deal signed.
